The hotel plays an active role in the community, which has resulted in the hotel being named a winner in the NSW Australian Hotels Associations Awards for Excellence five times since 1993 and in 1997 claiming the prize at a National level. In 2006 the hotel won the Restaurant & Caterers Awards for Excellence for Best Restaurant in a Pub & again secured this, in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012. We also won Best Restaurant in the Lower Hunter BEC Awards for 2000 & 2006 as well as being a finalist in the National Awards for the Australian Hotels Association Awards for Excellence in Outstanding Community Support. Just recently we also received a Schooner Award in the Sydney Morning Heralds “Good Food Pub Food Guide” 2013

The hotel continues to grow and support  the local community through financial support of sporting, community and cultural groups. Regular events are held at the hotel to assist in fund raising and support of local organisations. Largs is a small community and The Bushrangers Bar & Brasserie is an intrical part of  this  Community

The hotel employs twenty-six staff, at all levels from a 1st Year Apprentice, Trainees, Food & Beverage operators right through to front line management.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
