Bushrangers Bar & Brasserie has successfully become one of the first Accredited Restaurant's in Australia as part of the Certified Professional Restaurateur (CPR) program and the Acredited Restaurants Program.

In June 2005, Restaurant & Catering Australia, in conjunction with the Australia Government, launched the Certified Professional Restauranteur (CPR) ad Accredited Restaurant Programs. Developed by the industry for industry, the CPR and Accrediated Restaurant Accrediation programs are a part of the voluntary, two stage process - the ultimate aim of which is to improve the qualityand professionalism of restaurant businesses and industry personnel, and the quality of the dining experience to restaurant customers.

In short, the CPR program reconignises the skills restaurateur's have in the management of their businesses. When certified, restauranteurs can then apply to have their businesses accredited through the Accredited Restaurants program.

By becoming an Accredited Restaurant, R&CA and the Australian Government now recognises that Bushrangers Bar & Brasserie has satisfied specific application and assessent criteria, has agreed to abide by a number of stringent compliance terms and conditions and has agreed to be randomly audited by R&CA to ensure it meets industry specific quality benchmarks.
